We want you to love your Penny Pairs pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any items in their original, unworn condition. If your order isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original jewelry pouches and packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
