What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Penny Pairs purchase comes with a 180-day warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
